Sheryl Hawk serves as Vice President of Customer Success at Mackey where she oversees all Customer Success, Support and Service Delivery for the company. She has over 25 years of experience leading and scaling teams responsible for driving customer centric strategy and positive customer outcomes. Sheryl holds a BS in Business Administration, Marketing from CSU Fresno.
Will is responsible for product development at Mackey and oversees the firm’s business across the EMEA region. Will has more than a decade of experience within the financial industry, working as an analyst, institutional sales representative, account manager and product development lead. Will holds a BA in Economics from Harvard University, where he was a member of the Varsity Baseball Team.
Chris oversees strategy and operations at Mackey. Prior to founding the firm, Chris spent several years as a fundamental research analyst covering the TMT (technology, media, and telecom) sector. Frustrated by technological inefficiencies throughout the investment process, Chris was inspired to create the first modern research management software platform. Today, Mackey is trusted by leading institutional asset managers and asset owners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC regions. Chris holds a BA from Harvard University.
Dima oversees the development team and development roadmap at Mackey. He has more than 25 years of experience building engineering teams and product suites for global enterprise software companies, with a focus on implementing robust engineering infrastructure during periods of rapid growth. Dima holds an MA in Computer Science from the Weizmann Institute of Science.
Patrick oversees global marketing at Mackey. He has nearly 15 years of experience developing initiatives to drive brand awareness, client engagement and revenue growth for financial technology firms serving the asset management industry. He holds a BA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Ross Sullivan serves as CFO at Mackey where he oversees all finance and accounting activities for the company. He has more than 25 years of experience leading finance and operational teams at high-growth, technology companies. Ross holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame.
Nathan leads APAC region sales at Mackey. He has more than 20 years of experience delivering front-office trading and research solutions to asset owners and asset managers across the Asia Pacific region. Nathan is also actively involved in ESG/Responsible Investment and working with independent research providers on behalf of UNPRI signatories.
Brian oversees the development of Mackey's underlying platform architecture and manages the team tasked with building custom solutions, integrations, and data migrations to the platform. He has more than a decade of experience working in sales and implementation of research management software at leading asset management organizations. Brian holds a BA in Economics and Mathematics from Fordham University.
Hoony oversees software development and technical operations at Mackey. He has more than 25 years of experience in various product leadership and program management roles across enterprise software, mobile platform, and consumer electronics industries. He holds an MS and BS in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
