He joined Earnest after more than a decade with Gerson Lehrman Group, the world's leading professional learning platform, where he held a variety of product, service, and business development roles. He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS from Syracuse University.

He has more than 25 years of experience building engineering teams and product suites for global enterprise software companies, with a focus on implementing robust engineering infrastructure during periods of rapid growth.
